I bought a Red Sea ReefMat 1200 about a week and a half ago and it was working fine until about 2 days ago when it started advancing rapidly. It advances even though the water level in the body of the unit is well below that of the sensor. There is no water dripping on the sensor. The sensor's contacts have not been bridged by debris.

I have tried rebooting the unit without any luck. No idea what is going on. I have attachd the usage log to show what I mean.

Any ideas?

I am trying to submit a trouble ticket with RedSea but their website keeps giving a warning that one or more fileds have an error. Please check and try again. I have no idea which of their fields have an error. Sure as hell would be nice if they gave a phone number or told you what field on their fourm had an error. Does anyone have a good way to contact them other than through the website?

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
