Have a red sea reefer 250 with rl90 LED laps, sitting 8.5" abow the surfere. Aquarium is about 55cm deep and wonder how high intensity I should set the lamps. today at 42%. will keep lps and some softis. I know the par level at 100% (red sea have some numbers )

I have one rl90 over 40 nuvo. So 2 over a reefer 250. I'd probably run the intensity at 70 blue and whatever white setting you prefer.

do you know how many par you had on top and bottom? trying to shoot between 50-200 par

Then I'd start lower than 70. Maybe 50? With 80 I have 350ish dead center 4 inches down at the top and 120 at the bottom center.
