Red Sea xl 145

I saw an add on Facebook marketplace for a Red Sea xl 145. Sump has a crack which he sealed but I would replace it. Just the tank and stand. On a whim I offered him $500 and he accepted. Is that a good deal? Says the tank or stand doesn’t have any scratches.
