Is that sand in between the glass and silicone? If so then definitely get ahold of RS.

Thanks for the replies guys, the first thing i did was contact red sea, waiting for the reply. Just thought id post here to see if anyone has had similar issues and the outcome. Thanks for the welcoming, looking forward to being a part of Reef2Reef.
