My Yellow Tang has a red spot around both of his eyes and I’m very concerned. He is acting normal and is being fed nori pellets, flakes, and nori sheets. Anyone have any idea what it might be?

Often they develop this when they have a high vitamin defiency from being fed the wrong foods. These fish need more than just seaweed-flakes and pellets and stores often suggest these foods . High carbon exposure also can trigger this but bump up diet and you should see a change. Suggested:
LRS herbivore diet
Formula 2 flake and frozen
TDO Pellets
small plankton
Hikari Marine cuisine
Ocean nutrition veggie diet
spirulina brine shrimp
mysis shrimp
Prime reef
Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract

Add selcon vitamins to foods occasionally

Ok. I think it also might be because I have been out of town for 2 weeks and I think the auto feeder I had was on one feeding every day instead of the 3/4 is usually feed. But I very much appreciate the feedback and I’ll add some mysis and brine shrimp to his diet.

Agreed - the fish is pale and a bit thin. Try to bulk it up with increased feedings and better nutrition.
