Frag Farmers Red Robin is a stag. Unless most of the top acropora aquaculture operations are misclassifying it.
If someone can show me a picture of that kurl with the growth structure from the picture I’ll agree with you, but I’d say that yes it’s being misclassified. Not surprising

the coral on your pic is 100% a red robin from fauna marin :) I even know the source of it which is another swiss reefer who even was ROTM lately

aquarium city in San Fernando Valley use to have a pink formosa that looks very similar to the pic. Very slim chance they still have it but worth a phone call.

I just saw the instagram video of the picture that @Asagi posted, the first shot of the colony is very red like the picture, the second shot its pure pink. Some color editing going on there...

Im back boys. I bought a large colony of Red Robin. Will post a photo in about a month after it’s cooked under my halides for a bit. I’d say if anything can bring the red out it’s full spectrum.
