I was switch frag plugs and when I removed my yellow goni from its plug I found a bunch of these between the frag and the goni. It's been retracted since I got it. Any ideas?

Looks like a hair worm. Harmless filter feeders if so. If you add a little water it may expand out better for you

Looks like baby spaghetti worms which would be scavengers. Reducing amounts fed or in better terms, preventing overfeeding will help control them
