so i purchased a redline wrasse this past wednesday, bag acclimated him for 20 minutes then drip acclimated for an hour the tank is in perfect condition ive never seen the corals so big! I havent seen him in 3 days and i just wanted to know what the time period is before its okay to be worried!
also I've been trying to find more info on this fish but information on it is pretty limited anyone have a good fish resource they use?

I've seen them show up weeks later and I've seen them disappear forever. It's a wait and see kinda deal. Always best to just let them be and hope for the best.

Same thing here with my Christmas wrasse. Gone for over a week and appeared a couple days ago and then gone again. I really thought he had slipped through the 1 inch gap in the lid and became cat food lol. Still looks fat just wondering why he is still hiding.

Soo I just did a huge water change I'm taking all my fish to my lfs and I did not see that red line anywhere I moved alot of the sand but I didn't want to cuz a chemical explosion but still Mia
Idk how or why it could've died my water was perfect tank mates peaceful
Ugh I'm almost certain he's gone and my cuc is no joke so If I do see him it will be a happy surprise

Same here. Seems they just vanish sometimes for whatever reason.
