Hey guys, just started testing and dosing my water with calcium, magnesium, and kh from redsea. When i added the dkh/alkalinity supplement, my water got super cloudy and the kh clumped up. Am i doing something wrong? Thanks for any responses!

Update: my hammer started emitting a long slimy mucus after dosing the dkh as well, and closed up a bit. Ive noticed this same slime after feeding reef roids, any idea what this is, and why it happens?
Also heres some pics, forgot to post originally
It looks like the hammers tentacles closed up but thickened/fattened up
