Redsea skimmer saying pump missing?

Getting a error message saying my skimmer pump is missing? On my redsea

If found if you remove the pump from the app and re add it, that fixes it. If that doesn’t work let me know and I can help you troubleshoot more.

Im having this same issue. I deleted from my app. Now when I hit “setup pump2” it says pump is not connected. Not sure what to do. I put a help request in with redsea

Did you put the pump into paring mode before trying to add it in the app?

Hello I’m having this same problem and I’m not sure what to do from here. I repaired the reef run controller. It has no problem picking up the return pump but will not pick up the skimmer for some reason. Any advice would be appreciated.
