I bought a photon unit last year (2020) for black Friday from BRS. Nearly one year from purchasing, I noticed half of the white LEDs were not powering on. I reached out on reef2reef via private message to the reefbreeders account. They had me print a FedEx label and ship the unit back, no cost to me. They fixed the unit and shipped it back to me. They even held the unit an extra week because I was traveling. While they had my light they offered to lend me a unit for a deposit. but I had a black box that I used instead. The communication through out the entire process was great. The longest time I waited for a response was one business day for 21 messages spanning 2 weeks. 10/10
