Reef brite or truelumen

Need to add led, basically as a night viewing, to an ATI unit. The led will need to swivel which is why I think these units would work. Will a 12" unit of blues be too bright for a 60 gallon cube. Mounted 10" above water.

Reefbright XHO all day, that's what I run over my 60g. They are hands down the best in my opinion
