Ordered 25 amphipods, 8oz Phyto Buffet, and 8oz Blended Pod Buffet. Kent reached out the day my order shipped to inform me there was a mix-up. Let me know what was in the box I would be receiving and was intent on ensuring I was taken care of. Being out in front of a problem, communicative, and willing to work towards a solution that makes everyone happy is a lost art in almost all things retail now, so I had to stop and give my thanks for how they operate. They've earned a repeat customer in me for sure.
