As some of you guys may know, I have been working on a brand new Redsea Reefer350 as my old JBJ burst making me lose everything.

I have been purchasing a lot of equipments and livestock from the members and sponsors here on R2R lately but had a rather disappointing experience with my last purchase from @reefcleaners

It was a very small order of some snails, algae and pods. Only one type of snails made it through their 3 days shipping method.

Don't really want to make this a long post, Reef Cleaners do have some amazing prices for small cleaner packages, unfortunately the free (for $50+ order) 2-3 day shipment will not work, especially during summer so keep that in mind if you are planning on purchasing from them.

Sadly, their DOA policy are the worse I've seen so far, was told the mermaid's fan are fine after submitting pictures as per their request and asked me to ship the pods back $10 shipping for $13 item credit does not make sense to me.

Lost picture of the Mermaid's Fan, link to my new tank build under my signature down below :)
