Reef dose not dosing

Hello. I have had a reef dose for over a year now and ran all 4 heads. Mag cal alc and usually microbacter 7. I have recently switched out to hydrogen peroxide to fight cyano. How ever the doser has stopped dosing. It’s been 2 weeks 10ml a day and the 1000ml bottle is still full to the top. The doser logs the dose as if it was completed but obviously it’s not. Where things get strange however is if I manual dose through the app the product is dispensed perfectly fine. Any ideas.

Just that one head. My nutrients are all still dosing normal.

Have you tried running the prime setting on that head and see if it runs from the app command that way?

I have not. Was curious about doing a factory reset on the device and the going back through the calibration process
