Reef factory fleecefilter S

I m Running a Reef factory fleecefilter S since almost a month.
First days i had 56 CM usage. Now only 3cm but i only have 1 fish at the moment so not much poop making.
But.... I still have a lot of dirt floating in the DT and bottom in sump is dirty.
So only 3cm usage but still i have floating dirt and dirty sump.
All water goes overflow goes to fleecefilter. Flow is about 1600 l/h

What could be the issue? Fleecefilter claims crystal clear water but DT still floating dirt and dirt in sump

Have you tried resetting the fleece roller?

did you thread the roll correctly? the roll goes along the outside of the crossbars.
Also dont forget to set your timeout before it turn, if the time-out is too long it will overflow a heap of detritus into the sump.

I wound up raising the float valve & closing that overflow drain port.
To get a clean sump you have to manually clean it.
