Reef keeper elite fail

has anyone using a reef keeper elite setup ever found it shut down on it own .
I found mine one morning unplugged everything still no response then disconnected the net modal every thing came right back and has been good .
Also reconnected the net module running great

Give us a call (425-527-0995 option 2) and we can help troubleshoot. It sounds like the net module was trying to pull too much power and the system went into protection mode.

Hi and I must say this forum worked I posted about my problem and some one from da noticed it and left a number really didn't think they would answer but he did and was very polite and helpful if this is the kind of customer service I can expect from them I will Continue to use there products oh not only did he help with my system but also gave m great advice on other reef parameters very knowable

Wanted to add I am old school when it come to service I really prefer talking to a real person on the phone I find it
Be a lot more helpful.

Yes Too many times, They tend to be susceptible to RF Interference.
I run Amateur radio and whenever I ran on certain bands my RKE would lock up, reboot etc

I switched to an APEX an that cured the problem, plus now I can run a lot more power :)
