I want to give a shoutout to Reef Lounge Aquatics in UK. I have been interested in the Waterbox 130.4 and have been researching online and YouTube to learn pros and cons.
Finally I started directing my enquiries to R L A and have had superb customer service from them. E mail enquiries have been answered in less than 24 hours. Karim called me by phone (45 minutes call) and answered lots of questions and gave lots of honest advice, no pressure. He has offered a video chat to show me the 130.4.
He is going to work with me to give me various options within my budget for the extra equipment needed.
So I am extremely pleased with customer service and it won’t be long before I make my orders and hopefully do a tank build on here.
Excitement is building.

Do you ever go to The Wharf at Pinxton? I like it there. They are very helpful. Don’t know whether they are open during the Covid problems.
