I know I’m a few month away from the 1 year milestone of having reef tank.
But One of my questions is this after tanks been going for a year would you be safe to add coral?
Question 2:
What are some of the reef keeping milestones?
Question 3: what are the big key events of a tanks life?

I checked your tank thread and you bought a solid tank and made a great effort to get it
Mile stone 1 Set up Scaped and Cycled!
Mile stone 2 Added fish and kept them alive
Mile stone 3 Demonstrated restraint before adding corals (some of us never get past 2!)
Mile stone 4 Start regularly updating your build thread. It will force you to realize your mileage!
Mile stone 5 For you will be adding corals,

What kind of light do you have and what kind of corals do you want to keep?
Mile stone 6 Maintaining stable Alk!

I don't have the stones to go further, It's dinner time

I don't think it's about the length of time. One of my tank is almost 2, finally growing coraline. The presence of coraline growth is a better indicator of a systems ability to grow corals successfully imo.
Use quality live rock and you can avoid some pitfalls that a 6 month old tank using dry rock will go through.

You need to update your tank thread. 🙃

For my lights I have two AI Hydra 32s and I want to start with some cool mushrooms and zoas

You could easily start with a couple LPS like Duncan or Candy Cane.
Soft corals would be the leathers, sinularia, Zoanthids (avoid palys), GSP.
