I have two 50" Photons.

One is an old V2+ which I just upgraded with a Reef Nexus board. It works fine and connects to my network router and is fully controllable with the iPhone app. Works great!

The other is a brand-new Pro and it won't connect. When I power it up it goes through the typical sequential lighting of each channel and then the indicator LED just flashes red rapidly instead of blue. It will not connect. If I press the reset button, it again cycles through the colors and then the indicator LED flashes red rapidly instead of blue. It will not connect to my network or the app.

Do I have a defective light?

Red would indicate some kind of issue- does the light work with the old V2+ board? If so- just send us an email with your receipt and shipping address- we'll get it swapped for you.

Unfortunately, I don't have the old board any longer. However, the light itself seems to work since all the LEDs turn on sequentially upon startup or reset. I would guess it is the board itself. I'll e-mail and attach the receipt in a PM to follow.

I have not heard back. What is the status? Has a new light or replacement board been shipped?

Thanks in advance, Bob
