I mix it with Larrys frozen food and feed my tanks once a week.
Feed a softy tank, sps tank and frag tank with it. The fish, coral, clam and anemone love it!

How do you all feed? Broadcast or spot-feed? I imagine the Aquaforest additives are broadcast fed?

Turn the skimmer off and pour the mixture into the powerhead. Let everyone catch their dinner.

No I take my socks out of the system to clean them at the same time. The mixture just flows through the whole system.
Next day I put the socks back on and turn the skimmer back on.
Rocks in the sump and refugium get fed too.

Nice! I struggle using the bottle below that size prior to it's expiration date. Lol
