I mix it with Larrys frozen food and feed my tanks once a week.
Feed a softy tank, sps tank and frag tank with it. The fish, coral, clam and anemone love it!

No I take my socks out of the system to clean them at the same time. The mixture just flows through the whole system.
Next day I put the socks back on and turn the skimmer back on.
Rocks in the sump and refugium get fed too.

That seems dangerous to keep so close to the milk! :eek::eek::eek:
If its good enough for the coral, its good enough for...... ;)
