Reef Octo 110ss Skimmer issue

Iv had nothing but a headache with this skimmer it worked fine for awhile then i had issues with it not working sent it out to have serviced and now it wont stop over flowing been overflowing like crazy for 3 weeks now i have the water lvl at just shy of 7 and 1/2 inches and i have it turned to the lowest setting and it overflows in 2 min any advice

I had a similar experience with mine. I couldnt open the gate far enough. I ended up lifting mine out of the water on some foam pads to help with sound and get it skimming better.

What’s your water level saying that like hi guys I have mine on some bio media to raise it up but I’m still not getting any luck sadly
