Quick reaching for opinions here. I like reef octo personally. But would you think it would be wiser to run a reef octo200 classic for 150 more than to convert my redsea 600 to DC and just throw it on the reef beat? This all started because I need to raise my redsea lol... but the the reef octo would be fine 😆

My personal opinion having a dc pump on my skimmer is its always max... I gain really no value from having it compared to my old ac style one other than it costs 10x more.

Reef Octopus skimmers are what I have had the most success with as far as ease of tuning etc.
