I have one of these... and need the o-rings for one of the tops and for where the pump connects to the reactor.

I've tried contacting coralvue by calling every day for the past week and have sent in a few support tickets but no luck. No response, and no one ever picks up the phone...

I'm back to dosing daily... I really need this thing back up and running. Anyone know the secret of getting in touch with their customer support? In the alternative, anyone know where I can get these o-rings please?

Thanks.

Looks like the top Oring maybe out of stock on there site but you can sign up for when it's back in
I've contacted them before for parts by filling out a ticket with no problem. Check back on your ticket maybe they'll reply soon

How long did it take you to get a response?
