Reef Octopus DC 5500 Pump gph question

Anyone happen to know how many gallons per hour this pump works at on lower speeds, the box just shows max which is 5th speed.

So what speed is around 600-700 at 4 ft? Speed 3?

Each jump is plus 290.4 @ 0ft of head pressure, so to be in the 600-700, you will be 3 increases from lowest speed.
