Reef Octopus Regal 200 INT - tuning

Is my skimmer oversized for my 200G?
The bubbles seem to be popping way too early and I have tried all pump speeds / levels.
Anybody with a Regal 200 INT that can share some tips?

this is where my bubbles are sitting at.

do I need to raise it? I’m at a pump speed of 4.. and skimmer is sitting at 7.5 inches of water.

leave it where its at, takes a few days to break in, and for everything to settle down. Skimmer not oversized
