Reef Octopus Water Blaster HY-7000. It’s been sitting in the closet for awhile. Ran it for about a year before upgrading! Looking for $120 shipped! OBO! Let me know if you have any questions!

It depends on your turnover goal. I had it running on my 120, and I actually upgraded to a 10000 so I could run a manifold for filtration and a satellite frag tank. Do you know your head height? It will pump out around 1200 gph at 6ft head before considering friction losses.
