Going to give it a spin. Since each sensor has it's own identity, it should work.Should be fine. I have never tried it though

Remove space from the name of your sensor as well as prefix (if you have any )Hi All - I am attempting to get AdaFruit IO established and keep hitting brick walls. I have scoured the board and help files and think I am close.
1. I have my AdaFruit IO account established, know the UserID and the IO Key and have entered that info into Reef-Pi (2.0)
2. It appears that the Reef Pi is hitting the IO account since these IO feeds got created (not sure why I have so many)

3. I am getting the following errors in Reef Pi
![]()
4. None of the feeds contain any data
So I am open for ideas.
Your router shows the ip ? Use ip to ssh or access it via browserSeems my ip of the raspberry has changed, can't get into now through vnc or find reef-pi through a browser, it's running fine, I set a host name for the raspberry but alas I can't seem to get that to work either, I go into my router and it's listed with the hostname I gave the raspberry but still cannot access it with that

I am no direct help in this effort, but I got nowhere after I got signed up on io.adafruit, but I just checked it now and the data is there. I think sometimes it takes a while for stuff to propagate through adafruits servers or something.Hi All - I am attempting to get AdaFruit IO established and keep hitting brick walls. Unfortunately not, it shows lightpi as connectedYour router shows the ip ? Use ip to ssh or access it via browser
It’s impossible to have it connected but without an ip :-/ . You can’t click on it and see the device details ?Unfortunately not, it shows lightpi as connected

That will break all device association , and unless the devices are configured correctly to retry network upon failure , they will lose connection . I have seen pi requiring reboots after hostname changed@LionHeart2017 - might seem like a silly question but have you tried restarting the router?
As a Certfied Peer Support Counselor I can assure you that you are doing the very best you can, and have the strength do do what you need. Keep up the ability to overcome you have displayed. I appreciate you and believe in you.Maybe the reboot did fix it, I'm now able to connect via vnc and browser, thanks for the help, I'm blaming my router on this as it's pretty crap

This is a very common problem. One of the trick I do is to deploy a system timer job (like cron , but based on its modern equivalent systemd timer unit) to restart network everynight. This is not managed by reef-pi and configured at system level. In worst case when network issues happen, it resolves after the immediate night.Maybe the reboot did fix it, I'm now able to connect via vnc and browser, thanks for the help, I'm blaming my router on this as it's pretty crap
Just to clarify, my build is Home Assistant not Google Home. Home Assistant can integrate with Google Home, Alexa, etc. but it's an entirely separate system. There is? Where? I use Google Home and it would be cool to have this (maybe...assuming my kids don't get carried away and shut everything off with it).

Lets troubleshoot it. I'll respond in your build thread.@Ranjib how are we supposed to get the telemetry into adafruit.io? It keeps asking me for a prefix, but I have no idea what that is? I know someone made a reference to the telemetry tab earlier today, but I can't find it.
