Hello everyone, I about to stArt my 40g breeder. I went with a reef radiance pro180. How far above the water should I mount the light?

I'm working on the same issue :) Going with a piece of conduit, side mounted to my tank stand. Just looking for an answer on where to place the bend, for hight.

If you mounted the conduit to the stand with clamps, you could loosen the clamps and slide the conduit up or down for adjustment.
