I bought reef radiance star fire from someone and im having a hard time programming it to my phone it wont connect anyone know how to fix this

I finally broke down and bought a controller and use it to control my starfire Genesis and it's been well worth it. I had nothing but problems before. Seemed like it was always right at bedtime or in the middle of the night they'd go haywire and I'd rack my brain to get em working again. But on a positive note They helped me out a lot getting em going so maybe you can contact them via email. They actually called me and got me going in no time.
