A fellow reefer asked about my Reef Raft Canada Shazam and I was struck by how few pictures of this coral are shared by others. I would love to see others share their photos of the Shazam.

I couldn't find earlier photos that I have taken of it so here is my almost complete chronology:

October 2015

December 2015

February 2016

July 2016

August 2016

December 2016

May 2017

November 2017

I have trimmed it at different times which accounts for its asymetric appearance. If you have photos of your own Reef Raft Canada Shazam, please share.

It seems to get richer in color the older and bigger it becomes. It has multiple shades of blue with beautiful red polyps.

A couple t5 lit shots.

It’s challenging to cut frags because of the fine branching. Additionally, the frags take a long time to color up after fragging. All the various shades of blue and the reddish polyps tend not to show up until mini colony size. The colony looks good under any type of lighting.
