Having an issue with the "payment method" --- won't let me select anything. Thoughts?

When you view cart you need to use the checkout with paypal button. Not Login/checkout

For some reason when you use the Login/checkout function. When you go to select Payment. There is No option there and you have to go back to the shopping cart again and select Checkout with paypal. HOPE TONY GETS THIS FIXED. Makes checking out take longer. Not sure when it cuts everyone else off from checking out with the item either.
