Anyone ever ordered from the reef rax website? I ordered a product last week and I’ve only gotten a confirmation email. Nothing else

If anyone’s interested, I talked to the guy from reef rax and he explained they ran outta magnets. He ended up giving me another rock for free. Id say it was a good experience
