I have bought a small container of reef roids. I was wondering how often do people feed their corals, and when. I also use red sea parts a and b that i do once a week.

When I feed, twice a week also.

I feed my tank on a daily basis though less amount of what's recommended and my zoas / shrooms do respond

I feed a pinch daily...

I've been doing reef chili, similar, but I just got a sample of reef roids, and can see the reason people like it, much more consistent particle size. Either way as frequently as I can get around to it about an hour after bed time the corals are at full polyp extension. I put some in the reef chili bottle and some fauna marin medium lps pellets, and do both at the same time. I've seen tremendous growth of my sps and lps, so I'll probably aim for every other day going forward as the LPS usually only eat every other day.
