Just trying to save a couple bucks. Can I safely feed this to my tangs?

Looks good to me. I grow my own seaweed

However, sometimes I use dehydrated seaweed to make a stock for seafood gumbo.

IMO, it doesn't contain much nutritional value (versus Raw non-roasted Nori)

EDIT: I looked on their site and its roasted (versus dried).....

Perfect, thanks for the input.
I’ve been feeding my Tangs OMEGA One Green Nori. Just to satisfy curiosity why does the OMEGA One macro analysis seem very different when both claim to be 100% seaweed.

I would think one is roasted and one is not....
2023 I used the generic/store sushi style nori and 2024 I used Omega One also, and my tang (and the other fish) seems to have bulked up alot in 2024 (vs 2023).....
don't know...just saying.....

Interesting observation, I wouldn’t think dry vs roasted would make a difference in macros. Mine are devouring the omega one. Maybe I should just stick with it. Nutrition seems key for a long healthy tang life. Mine seem healthy and good size so far .
