Reef Tank Help

I just got an Current Orbit Marine Pro and just need some help with what would be the best timer to use or recommended hour settings for it...also i have a frogspawn which use to always be huge and open wide but now is barley open at all...ive had my water tested a few times and they said everything is spot on..could it be stress? i haven't seen any types of pest on it

no not really..it was off slightly but it was fixed right away

i looked at it a little harder earlier and saw super small things crawling on it..i didn't noticed before cause they were so small so i need to go to my LFS and figure out what they could be

Probably just a little swing in Alk and it getting used to it.

Is the current marine pro the right equipment for a frog spawn? I was under the impression that you needed a more end led for that ...
