We all have actinic lights in our system. Some swear that this is the only way to look at the tank. Through this lighting, we see the true vibrant color of corals that we will not see under regular lighting. Are you a beginner photographer? Have you tried taking pictures of your corals under these lighting conditions? How do you get rid of all the blue lighting? Well, here is one option!

Coralheadz have released couple of versions of coral viewers with filtered bottoms. These filters will eliminate the saturated hue of blue from of our cameras without any adjusting or white balancing and capture the vibrant colors of our corals. How does it work?

For this episode, we travel to Dania Beach, Florida to Hydra Aquatics International where I was provided with facility full of beautiful specimens as wells AI LED systems to test these items for you.

Enjoy!
