I have purchased a Red Sea reef mat 250, the set up process was quite straightforward and went smoothly. Connected to the reef beat app in no time.
However when I closed the app I have discovered that “my aquarium” has disappeared hence I can’t access the devices I have connected to it.
I tried creating another aquarium and reconnecting the reef mat to it again but the problem happened again after closing the app.

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but upon signing in it told me that my password is incorrect (which I am pretty sure is correct) so I tried to reset password but I am not receiving the reset password code.

Set up another account with another email and connected the device again.
Again closed the app aquarium disappeared, uninstalled the app once more says incorrect password again upon logging in. come on I won’t forget my password twice.

This is one of the most garbage apps I have ever used.
Anyone facing any similar issues or could help?

No help really except to say its one of my favorite apps that I use on my tanks. I've been using it for over a year to control a reefdose 2 and a reefmat 500 and it's been smooth sailing. I'm on Android.
I just got a reef doser 4 and spent the last 5hrs trying to get it to add the doser with no luck. I can’t even keep it connected to WiFi and can’t even use it offline because it won’t even add the doser on the app. WORST APP I’ve ever dealt with in my life. It’s getting sent back

So upon talking to BRS (that’s where I purchased) they sent me a link to submit a ticket through Red Sea. They said if Red Sea couldn’t resolve my connection issues they would surely get me hooked up with something else no problem.

I submitted the ticket mid fri and figured at best it would be mon before anyone came a knocking from Red Sea and totally understandable.

So this morning I was revisiting the situation (I am running an iPhone) I toggled auto join( auto join is the default setting I believe) off on both the Reef Dose and my WIFI network and it added the Reef Dose and hooked up to the Red Sea cloud network instantly.

I don’t know if any of that makes sense but after a minimum of 5-7hrs trying to connect after I toggled auto join off it was first try connected after it throwing an ERROR every time it tried to join the Red Sea Network. Maybe it was just coincidence either way happy days my prayers have been answered.

I cannot log in on an iPad, and when I try to reset the password, it keeps telling me to enter a password. I use an app to manage my passwords, so I know I’m keeping everything synchronized, but I have no idea what’s going on. My wife tried on her iPhone, and she can’t log in. Android devices log in fine with the exact same password. I’m trying to set up my ReefATO+, but I get “unknown error occurred” on every device. I really wish now that I had gotten the Maxspect or IM.
