Anyone having problems accessing the ReefBeat app last night/today? Noticed problems about 24 hours ago which are still ongoing. I’m getting ‘unknown error occurred’ when trying to log in. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but still the same issue. I notice there was an iOS ReefBeat app a couple of days ago, that would coincide with when my issue started. I’m on the latest app version and running the latest iOS 18.3.

Still no change. I've even tried installing the app on another device - get the same 'unknown error occurred'! Are other on Apple iOS 18.3 running the Reefbeat latest update v6.9.3?

I've tried reinstalling two different devices on two different networks. I think I've ruled out any issue my end. Also tried a password reset... get the same error!

I know it was working Thursday night, and I see there was an update (v6.9.3) that was installed Friday—and I've not been able to use the app since! So I'm keen to know if anyone else is running the latest Apple iOS (18.3) and Reefbeat version 6.9.3, without issue. I've raised a support ticket with Red Sea but I just know they're going to make me jump through hoops!

Having issue where I go in a few days after setting up and the tanks I created are gone from screen, but must exist somewhere because if I create a new one, name it same, it says duplicate. Waiting for Red Sea to get back to me. Frustrating.

Just an update. I tried all the delete and reload the app on my phone which didn't work at all. Then I tried loading same app on my Ipad and its been a little over 36 hours and so far it has kept working.

You can find a few Red Sea posts on it on their Facebook or if you call. It's a problem with the Reef Beat App and ISP's. It's been on going problem almost 3 months. I don't expect to ever be fixed at this point, been slowly replacing red sea stuff last month or so.
