Reefbeat crashing

Hi guys,

The ReefBeat app keeps deleting my aquarium setup. Almost every day I have to re-pair all my devices from scratch. Has anyone experienced this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?

I've been using the app well over a year with a reefdose 2 a rollermat 500 and it has never deleted a tank. Im on Android

I am having the same problem. I can connect fine and adjust settings no problem, but I have to re-add my tank EVERY time. Very annoying.

I use reefbeat for their ATO, I had a bad sensor, I contacted their tech support, it took about a week back and forth with their lack luster tech support, but eventually the problem was fixed, if you are running out of options try their tech support: https://g1.redseafish.com/support/tech-support-inquiry-2021/

I’m legit running into the same thing and I’m on iPhone as well. If you close the app it deletes it. Even leaving the app sometimes just deletes it. My router is right next to my aquarium so idk why it keeps disconnecting.

I had a similar issue I deleted the app and reinstalled and I havent had a problem since

Had the same issue. After adding the aquarium and the device, both would vanish a short time later. But logging out and then back in corrected my issue.

Update:
Delete app entirely.
Went back to App Store redownloaded and reinstalled.
Logged back into the account created.
My reefmat shows up, let’s see how long it lasts.
