I have had my reefbot functioning flawlessly for about three months. Unfortunately the syringe mechanism appears stuck. It moves, the magnetic stirrer rotates but the needs never descends and the plunger doesn't either. I have used tech support but no answer is 8 days. Is there a hardware reset?

Good evening,

First would like to say #WelcometoR2R

Bummer the first post has to be a trouble shooting one. Hopefully we can find another user tonight that has experienced the same situation and can help.

I have tried, but I only get a response once a week. It has been 2 weeks since my last response. I love the product but this is frustrating
