Reefer 250 Build :)

Yeh I like the primes very under rated I was considering the 26 but I think the pucks are to close, I have only just boosted the lights up from 60% in the last 4 months and I’m seeing good growth now. I m using aqua forest balling with almost the same parameters as you. I’m in Australia and it’s 7 am now. What’s you max on the neros? I run 25% random during the day then 50% at night with a hour of pulse at 60%. I think I will max all blues when I get the diffusers from 3DReefing and from the vids I have seen that should give me about 200 par 8”.

I run one Nero way higher than the other because the one on the left was beating up the torches. Still fine tuning flow like all things but I think I am gonna leave it here for a few. Definitely not using the nero’s to there full potential

@Matt Jackson do you still have your nyos120? Any feedback on it??
Yes I still have it, I have only just started using it :)
I find it’s a little tricky to get it dialled in but it’s super quiet and the quality of it seems really good, the collection cup isn’t very big but I don’t think that will be a problem for me. Do you have one or are you thinking of getting one?

Thanks for your response. Thinking of getting. Reason I was asking. My tank is in a central part of the house where noise is a concern. Looking for something super quite and that actually works!

I have the Exact same tank and skimmer and my tank is also in the living room and the skimmer is beyond quiet. I was gonna go with a few others but the build quality and the silent part grabbed my attention and for sure worth it!
