Most of the corals are banned and as for fish we even get rarer ones for pretty cheap. For instance you can get damsels for around 2$( I know they are not rare)

In India, u can get red sea fishes on a cheap prize. That's why I keep tangs. U can get corals also but for that fish seller should hv trust on u. This is illegal but happens here
