I love my ReeFI lights, but wanted a different interface that made everyday adjustments easier. After speaking with Daniel, he pointed me toward ReeFI’s Custom UI feature and API notes. That became the starting point for this dashboard.

It runs directly on the light through Custom UI and uses its existing controls. The original ReeFI interface remains available.

What’s included

- An overview with live power, temperature, connected lights and all nine spectrum channels.
- A simpler schedule editor: add or delete time events, enter an exact time, or drag an event along the timeline in five-minute steps.
- Profile selection and spectrum editing for each event, plus an optional mode for smooth transitions between event targets.
- Six quick modes: Maintenance, Photo, Photo LPS, Blue view, Royal blue and Night view.
- Custom gauges for temperature, LED power, fan RPM and fan output, with a one-second refresh target while the readings page is visible.
- Moon settings and a moonrise–moonset band on both schedule graphs, with the light’s reported lunar phase.
- Aquarium groups, individual-light selection, and pages for Wi-Fi, clock, acclimation, seasonal settings and system tools.

The graphs automatically scale to the highest plotted channel value. Overlapping lines are slightly separated visually so you can distinguish them; that doesn’t change their values. The moon band shows timing, not a calculated moonlight intensity curve.

Overview: the daily light cycle, moon window and six quick modes.

Schedule: select a time event, drag it or type its time, and choose its spectrum.

Live gauges: temperature, power and cooling information for each selected light.

How to install it

1. Back up your existing lighting settings and group configuration using the original ReeFI interface.

2. Download and extract the attached ZIP. Keep the HTML filename exactly ReeFi-dashboard.html — this name is required for the `/dash` shortcut.

3. Connect your computer or phone to the same network as the light and find the light’s IP address.

4. Before uploading, open ReeFi-dashboard.html in a plain-text editor and set your light’s IP. This step is required. Near the top, find:
window.REEFI_LIGHT_IP = "";

Enter your light’s actual IPv4 address between the quotes. For example, if its address is 192.168.1.50:

window.REEFI_LIGHT_IP = "192.168.1.50";
Use your own address, not the example. Enter only the IP—no `http://`, `https://` or `/dash`. Save as plain text and keep the filename ReeFi-dashboard.html, not `.html.txt`.

5. Open your light’s `/custom_UI.html` page. For example: `http://YOUR_LIGHT_IP/custom_UI.html`. Replace `YOUR_LIGHT_IP` with your address and use the protocol your light supports.

6. Upload the edited ReeFi-dashboard.html file itself, not the ZIP.

7. Open `https://YOUR_LIGHT_IP/dash`. If your light serves HTTP rather than HTTPS, use `http://YOUR_LIGHT_IP/dash`. Bookmark the working address.

8. If your firmware doesn’t provide the shortcut, update to the latest version 5.53 or later.

The dashboard will show Setup required until a valid IP is entered. If your light’s IP changes, update the setting and upload the file again.

A few things to note

Installing the dashboard doesn’t apply a new lighting schedule. Existing ramps are preserved when loaded. “Connect events smoothly” changes the draft to continuous transitions and explains the changes before you save. Spectrum profiles can be shared by multiple events, quick modes and moonlight, so editing a profile can affect all of them.

The interface includes advanced controls, but not every settings-changing operation has been exercised on hardware. Please keep a backup and check the selected light or aquarium before saving changes.

Thanks to Daniel for the awesome lights and for providing the Custom UI feature and the original API notes.

P.S. I hope more people share their dashboards within this thread and we end up having more choices for everyone. Happy Reefing!

Just a thought....
On your "at a glance" page the 4 lights are not labelled as to which one is which. On your other page you blacked out some "address" or something which is an "identifier"?

Anyways say one was overheating or some "thing" it would be nice to know exactly which one it is.
not an issue, just a thought.

I blacked out the addresses for the sake of the public screenshots, it does identify each one separately based on the name you set for each light
