I received my light on Monday and just set it up today. Compared to my two Red Sea Reef LED 90s, the light is significantly more complex. There is less light spill than my prior two lights (I had two LED 90 on a 24”x24”x24” cube). There is also more shadowing in the corners. The overall color rendition is more robust, with greater color rendition.

I would appreciate some less “blue” presets, as I feel all of the presets are very blue spectrum heavy.

Here is my current schedule.

That looks pretty slick. I have a 60 cube and must admit, this light looks good. Have you played around with the sliders at all and bumped all the whites up for a daylight look?

I have only played around with the Presets and there is an “SPSphoto” preset that is more white. I was hoping to get some advice from the company. Overall I am happy with the light. My significant other likes it a lot more than my old light.

If you bump up the Lime channel, that will make it look less blue.

Also, with my previous lights I was getting around 400 par at the top
Of the tank and around 150-250 at the bottom of the tank, Will my current settings
Be similar to that? I would rather not have to rent a par meter if I don’t have to.

Also, is there any reason to have so many different settings across the day? I deleted a few points and just stretched out the ramp times. Any thoughts on my current schedule ?

You really need a PAR meter to be exact. You can get an idea with my PAR reading for my 50gal cube (24"x24"x20"H) at 9.5" above the water on my webiste.

Just personal preference on how many Periods you like per day and ramp times.
I'm a little worried with that setting initially. ReeFi uses more blue to UV spectrums that your previous light may not have. Even if the PAR is similar the spectrum could be very different. Keep an close eye to see catch if your corals start to bleach. If that's the intensity you want to achieve, I would start the acclimation mode for at least 30 days at 80% intensity. As the days counts down, the intensity will automatically goes up.
