Hello all,

I have 3 of the 2.0 Pros over my 300 gallon DD tank. 72”x36”x27” I’m using 120 deflectors.
I’m starting an LPS tank and wondering what settings you guys use or would recommend. This is an established FOWLR for 10+ years I converted to reef finally. I had a reef before with T5s on a 55 gallon setup but that was before the 300.

Do you do custom settings or the built in LPS or SPS settings? I like the look of the SPS better but seems like probably not the right move since I’m going with LPS coral. I will likely end up with a mixed reef and put in SPS at the top in the future. I have torch, monti, favia, Duncan(towards bottom), blasto, some leathers at the bottom, zoas, gsp, micromusa. I’d like to get some Goni and some meaty LPS variety. Then possibly SPS.

I bought a PAR meter on Amazon that you need to multiply by 1.3 to get actual par since it does not account for all variables. Right now reading 80-100 at the sand and top is 200 with SPS default setting. Middle is 150. I am under 50% power of the lights.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

Glad to be back in the game!
