What kind of settings should I put it on? i found this setting on internet.
What is the difference between RL50-12K, 18K, 23K and 23K@10:00?

These are the profiles that turn the lights on and off and define the intensity and colour temperature (spectrum mix) that is used. 12K stands for 12,000 Kelvin colour temperature for example. The higher the temperature the less white/red/yellow and the more blue the spectrum. There are lots of thories and debates out there about the ‘best’ colour temperature but largely it comes down to personal preference. The first 3 profiles look like the default ones, and the last one looks like a copy of number 3 but turning the lights on a little later than the default timing.

I have 3 RL90s on my 120g mixed reef tank and use a 15K profile myself (just a copy of the default 15K profile they come with). Others prefer higher temps/more blue.

Use whichever setting looks good to your eye. Most of the PAR on these lights comes from
the blue channel, which is at 100% on all of the settings. The only difference is the percentage of the white channel. As the color temp (23k, 18k, etc) goes down the white percentage goes up. The increased white does slightly increase par but not by a huge amount. I personally run 23k on my Reefled 90s.
