That’s the deal, is I have seen barely anything between them. He rarely, and if he does, get a bit aggressive just before feeding. And the clown always got some food. Maybe he just snapped. It is springeri damsel, and I got it because it is supposed to be less aggressive. That is a bummer :downcast-face-with-sweat:
Had the Damsel showed aggression prior? I'm not an expert but I've stayed away from them due to the potential.. ugh!
Unfortunately CUC got there first.Did the clown fish look beat up? If it was aggression, I would think it would have signs on the body. Unless you CUC made work of it before you got there.
Hey, later today is relative. Cousin Eddie kinda relative in this case.
Haha yeah sorry about that, spent a lot more time in the store than i should of, so the lights were off, then i went skiing yesterday, but i will post pictures soon!
Is your Springeri being aggressive?Haha yeah sorry about that, spent a lot more time in the store than i should of, so the lights were off, then i went skiing yesterday, but i will post pictures soon!
Unfortunately the didnt have very many fish there, and I still need to decide if i should remove the springeri damsel and get only peaceful fish, semi aggressive tank just seems like a lot more stress, and I suck at catching fish, so if one is too mean I guess I would have to get a trap.
That is the only explanation that i have for the death of the clownfish. i didnt notice anything but flashing from it, but maybe it just snapped or something. Is your Springeri being aggressive?
It could be. My clowns seem more aggressive than my Springeris but every fish can be different. That is the only explanation that i have for the death of the clownfish. i didnt notice anything but flashing from it, but maybe it just snapped or something.
Damseldamsel or basselet ?
