Reefmat 500 two connections with same size

Hello

I bought a reefmat 500 there are two connections for the hose Connector. The tube fits in both which one do I need to use. One is a bit longer but also wider in the top.

Use whichever one works well with your plumbing, there's no right or wrong here as long as water will pass freely (and there's no leaks!) :-)
