ReelLed 90 Not connecting on Network

I'm trying to put my Reeled 90 on my work network which has a watchguard firewall on it,, It will not connect on my android or iso device.. I place a wifi route on the network without firewall and works.. Are there port i need to open on fire to make this work.

I am having the same connection problems on x2 of my reefled 90s. Except no firewall on my router and spent literally hours trying to get them to connect!

Finally got 1 to connect by resetting my router completely with a new network alltogether. But still can't get the other to connect .....getting seriously frustrated. Have an Asus router.

I have been trying to get my Reefled to connect my router but it just fails to establish a connection no matter what I have tried so far. Even took the small battery inside the led off and reinserted it. I have two of these lights and only having issues with one since yesterday. So far no clue what to do next...

I sent mine back for return yesterday. Done with the frustration. It shouldn't take hours and hours to get lights connected (unsuccessfully at that). I'm sure some people were able to connect seamlessly but I wasn't able to do so and consider myself tech competent.

Would like to know why it doesn't work for some people though so if anyone figures out the cause of the problem please post back.

Will either be getting the ai hydra 32 or 360x kessils instead.
